Should You Fear Our Military?

In 2021, I was working with other former military folks to counter the inculcation of our military into a woke ideology. It was obvious within our merry band that a form of Marxism had taken root that threatened the very foundation of the American way of life. Unfortunately, those currently in power within the Department of Defense (DoD) were pushing it instead of fighting it.

On 24 Aug 2021, the Secretary of Defense mandated that all military personnel be vaccinated against Covid-19 by 8 Nov 2021.[1] Initially, this seemed like standard operating procedure to all of us. George Washington set the precedent at Valley Forge by vaccinating the men against smallpox. It was an unproven technique, but Washington saved the Continental Army and established that proper vaccination ensured necessary military readiness.

Our initial understanding was that the mandate was a lawful order, but our understanding changed. We later found out that prior court cases against the anthrax vaccine mandate had established that FDA approval was necessary to make a vaccine mandate a “lawful order.”[2] Further investigation revealed that none of the Covid-19 vaccines being administered to military personnel had in fact received FDA approval. On its own, this was not that earth-shattering, but what became obvious was that almost all waiver requests were being denied.[3]

Among the first to be separated from service were three female cadets at West Point. These ladies went on to explain that they would have probably separated anyway because of the harassment they were receiving for holding traditional American values. West Point was no longer a stronghold of American ideals and traditional military leadership. As more victims of military woke ideology became apparent, the more we all came to realize that the vaccine was being used to do an old, Soviet-style purge of the military, but without the bloodshed that would have made it obvious.[4]  Traditional American values were no longer welcome.

The obvious consequence of such a purge is that force readiness suffers.[5] Trained and capable service men and women are no longer serving. Their numbers and expertise cannot be readily replaced. This would become even more ominous coupled with a severe drop in recruiting levels.[6]

Why, on earth, would our leaders cripple the capabilities of the military? One conclusion is that they don’t consider any foreign power on earth a viable threat. With China growing its military and becoming more belligerent in the South China Sea, how can they believe that?[7] Ignorance is one explanation, but another is that perhaps they consider the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to be an ally instead of an enemy. The implication of this is that the “woke ideology” is more of a carbon copy of the CCP’s ideology at its core. It is definitely based upon Marxism. Mark Milley’s call to his Chinese counterpart during the January 6th timeframe highlights that this conclusion should not be dismissed as preposterous.[8]

But even if DoD doesn’t see a serious external threat, why purge the military? The only logical conclusion one can make is that they see an internal threat. But who would that be? The answer to that is obvious—the same people they are purging and all the Americans like them with traditional values. In other words, DoD is preparing to go to war with the American people. Do you doubt it?

Consider the political rhetoric today. When the Commander in Chief calls out half of the country as being a “threat to democracy,” do not forget that DoD takes its orders from that man. Do you think you’re going to be unaffected?

Like gasoline-powered vehicles? They’ll be outlawed soon. Look at California.

Like shooting for sport? The left has been trying to outlaw this for decades—and they keep gaining support.

Want to speak your mind? How long do you think it will be before you get prosecuted for using the wrong pronouns? There are already Canadians in jail for that.[9] If you think it couldn’t happen here, look at California Senate Bill 219.[10]

Want your children taught reading, writing, and arithmetic? All our rights must get the attention that this issue is finally getting.

Consider this: If you’re going to change from a republic to a totalitarian state, how do you do it? First, you need to catch the public napping, focused on daily life. The work of a “vanguard” during this phase is straight from Marx.

Next, condition people to accept terms without definition, so you can confuse them by moving the language (see “Aesopian Language”).[11] Then you convince them that the government is a democracy rather than a republic. A true republic only fails by first transitioning to a democracy. In the case of the United States, that process has removed absolute justice so that social justice can be inflicted on the population. It also removes federalism and all the bottom-up checks in the Constitution that enable the people to check the national power.

Once that conquest is complete, public opinion can be easily manipulated by the “long march through the institutions.”

But the final step in the process is the ability to apply suitable force to overcome resistance. In a country where almost 100 million or more still want the rights ensured in the Bill of Rights, an agency with suitable lethality must be employed. 87,000 armed IRS agents is an obvious threat to the common American, but it pales in comparison to a million-plus military force that has been purged of traditional American values.[12]

Think there’s a national government agency on your side? Likely not. Look to the states.
